Baileys, the famous cream whiskey, is getting ready for the Summer with Baileys Shakerato, a new take on the timeless coffee shake made exclusively for Italy in partnership with illy. The iconic Irish liqueur in its original version combines with the aroma of the blend illy for a velvety taste.
Ingredients: 50 ml of Baileys Original Irish Cream 30 ml of espresso coffee, 1 sugar sachet, ice, cocoa for garnish.
Preparation: Fill a shaker with ice and pour in Baileys The Original, the espresso coffee and the sugar. Shake for 8 to 10 seconds until the ingredients are perfectly blended into a velvety beverage. Pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with a sprinkling of cocoa. Each glass of Baileys Shakerato contains 0.9 units of alcohol.
