Gambero Rosso has awarded a significant result to the Santa Bistrò cuisine in Milan led by Chef Stefano Grandi. It was selected among the best restaurants in Milan for the 2016 Guide.
The menu of September offers the flavors of Summer combined with the first fruits of Autumn. Fresh ingredients from farmers and trusted manufacturers.
To those who prefer a light lunch the chef offers: tartare-marinated salmon with cous-cous, sweet potato mousse and passion fruit. For the evening the chef recommends "Il fusillo si è fatto ricco" with lightly cooked pig cheek, fresh figs and "Pecorino romano".
