Bardolino, on the eastern shore of Garda Lake, just 25 km from the historical downtown of Verona (Veneto), is famous for Bardolino DOC wine and it is famous worldwide for the Opera Festival in the Arena.

Living a whole experience in taste guided by the young Chef Simone Gottardello at EVO Bardolino Restaurant. The recipes are created with care and based on few main seasonal ingredients, set off by local specialties such as the Vialone Nano rice, lake fish egg mayonnaise and garden rampions or the black truffle of Monte Baldo and the snails, white asparagus and celery from Verona. For fish lovers Tasting menu offers - for example - Rozo Potato foam with smoked char and trout and fish eggs; Stuffed Ravioli with pike and cray fish sauce; Fillet of char with braised chanterelles in Viola Evo Oil as main course. For desser: Biskelia chocolate surprise with lime, lychee and grape sauce.
