Platform of excellence

Rimini Fiera S.p.A. (www.riminifiera.it) and Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. (www.vicenzafiera) have signed a letter of intent with an exclusive agreement to look into the feasibility of an operation for the purpose of integrating the two companies. The aim is to form a primary National Trade Show Organizer able to compete on an international level, confirming the intention to list the company on the stock exchange according to an established timeframe.
"Thanks to the skills and vision of both companies, their proprietary portfolio products and profit-making income performance, it could indeed be possible to establish a platform of excellence. One of Italy’s foremost Exhibition Providers and, doubtless, an international player, proving that in Italy it is possible to to join forces for a common goal", quoted Matteo Marzotto President of Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A.
The company has also a role as a recognised cultural hub and it is active in the conference and convention industry.
