For the new advertising campaign, Issey Miyake chosen to work with British director and photographer Ryan Hopkinson who shot the advertising campaign for Nuit d’Issey.
"The encounter between water and mineral reveals a fragrance with a strong personality, full of contrasts, as if born from the strength of elements", the company says.
In the beginning was L’Eau d’Issey pour Homme, kicking off with a burst of enlivening yuzu. The elegance of deep, warm woods and spices. L’Eau de Toilette Fraîche has been created by perfumer Christophe Raynaud (Firmenich).
The grapefruit is combined with a generous dose of fresh cardamom. The fragrance develops into powerful middle notes tinged with sage and lavender. The base notes unveil a “white patchouli” accord which mingles with a clear, pure vetiver, a delightful echo of the original fragrance.
