Geometric graphicism

Endless swirls of intertwining textures and colors are the common thread that Braschi follows to get straight to the heart of feminine identity through fur couture in which the 70’s trend is reinterpreted in a modern way. "The collection is inspired by the paintings of Victor Vasarely in which the perfection of circles, squares, rectangles and zigzags repeated to create a three-dimensional effect is translated into checkerboards, waves, diamonds, stripes and mosaics", company says.
Enveloping length makes the difference in vests and more formal outerwear and jackets. Vests are quite long, down to the feet, and have a trapeze silhouette, narrow above and wide below. Mink coats have unique intarsia that create a woven effect, similar to a geometric patterned rug with several colors in hexagonal shapes and Lurex inserts. "Sable, lynx, mink, chinchilla and fox are the precious furs used, the protagonists of intarsia through which all of the maison's artisan skill and sublime aesthetic sense emerge, born from couture".
